Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance
   This Website is operated by Dibba Mountain Park Resort (“we”, “us”). By using the Website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings & Rates
   Guests must be 21 or older to book. All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Rates may change without notice and may exclude taxes and fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
3. Payment
   Charges are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and may be collected at booking or at check-in, depending on the rate selected. For foreign cards, conversion rates are set by the card issuer. A refundable deposit may be requested. Additional charges apply for damages, extra guests and late check-out.
4. Cancellation

• Free Cancellation rate: Free cancellation or amendment up to 7 days before check-in .100% full stay charges apply for late cancellations and No Show.  
• Non-Refundable rate: No cancellation, modification or refund.

5. Check-In / Check-Out
   Check-in from 15:00hrs, check-out by 12noon. Check-in and check-out. Early check-in, late check-out, and extensions are subject to availability and may incur a disclosed charge.

All guests must present valid identification and provide information required for check-in or by applicable UAE requirements. The Resort will handle identification and personal information in accordance with its privacy notice and applicable law.

6. Visitors & Occupancy
   Only registered guests may occupy rooms. Visitors must register at reception with valid ID and are permitted till 9pm. Maximum occupancy limits apply.
7. House Rules

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A cleaning fee of AED 250 applies for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
• Parties, room decorations and pets are not allowed.
• Guests must comply with the laws of United Arab Emirates and are liable for any damage to hotel property.
• Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund.

8. Safety & Lost Property

Guests are responsible for damage to Resort property caused by their negligence or intentional conduct, subject to applicable law. Please report any damage or maintenance issue promptly. The Resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings except to the extent required by law or caused by the Resort’s negligence or other legally actionable conduct. Guests should secure valuables and contact reception about safekeeping.

9. Resort facilities and activities

Access to facilities, activities, and services is subject to availability, operating hours, safety rules, age or health restrictions, and any booking or additional charges disclosed to you. Outdoor and adventure activities may involve inherent risks. Guests must follow safety instructions and disclose relevant requirements where necessary for safe participation.

The Resort may temporarily close or alter a facility for maintenance, weather, safety, or operational reasons. Where a material part of a paid booking is affected, contact us to discuss an appropriate remedy under the booking terms and applicable law.

10. Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the related booking.
11. Intellectual Property
    All Website content belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Governing Law
    These terms are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Fujairah. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts in accordance with applicable law.
